    A chain scraper conveyor with conveying chute includes a central guided tension chain and catches attached thereto, which are guided in the chute walls. The catches have undersides with a chain link holder assembly for an O-shaped chain link arranged parallel to the chute floor, and the chain link holder assembly includes a stirrup holder and a chain stirrup which is placed on the chain stirrup holder with the positioned chain link, and the stirrup is also positioned in the chain stirrup holder with the chain stirrup clamping the chain link into the chain stirrup holder in the area of its center. A set-screw is provided on each of the stirrup ends, which are set with play into a corresponding bore in the catch and secured by a nut on the other side of the catch. The chain stirrup is stretched into the stirrup holder with a curved elastic deformation, whose curve lies in the plane of the catch, and mounted on the chain link.

    The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to chain scraper conveyors.
    The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the conveyor.
    Figure 1 shows a chain scraper conveyor, cross section; Fig. 2 is a view A of Fig. 1, without a base of the transport chute.
    The chain scraper conveyor includes a transport chute 1 and a round chain link 2 centrally located on its base with scrapers 3, which are located at the end sections in the guide sides 4 of the transport chute 1. Each scraper 3 is made with notches 5 to accommodate the horizontal link 6 - pi 2 and fastened to it by means of a staple 7. Each staple 7 is made with a protrusion 8 in the center of its middle part 9, mounted in the hole of the corresponding link 6, and with threaded ends 10, placed in vertical holes x 11 of the corresponding scraper 3 with a gap. 3 parts of the threaded ends of 10 brackets protruding above the scrapers are screwed on nuts 12 with the possibility of jamming the middle parts of 9 brackets in 3 horizontal grooves 13 located from the bottom scrapers with horizontal slots 13 with inclined side surfaces 14. Moreover, the middle part 9 of each bracket 7 is inclined, namely conical side surfaces 15.
    Each scrap 7 is made of an elastic deformable material, and its middle part 9 is wedged in the horizontal groove 13 of the scraper along the arc 16 located in the horizontal plane and tensioned to the corresponding horizontal link 6 of the chain, in particular, at point 17. In FIG. .2 the corresponding bending line (arc 16) is depicted as a dash-dotted line
    with a rather thick stroke, exaggeratedly curved.
    During conveyor operation, the scrapers 3 move the material, such as coal, in the transport chute 1, while the scrapers perceive dynamic loads, but they do not have a damaging effect on the attachment points of the scrapers to the chain, since elements 3, 6 and 7 do not move one relative to another that increases the service life of the entire chain conveyor.

    The invention The chain scraper conveyor, which includes the transport chute and the central round-link chain on its base, with scrapers, each of which is located at the end sections in the guide chutes of the transport chute, is made with recesses to accommodate the horizontal link of the chain and secured to it by means of a staple with a protrusion in the center of its middle part, installed in the hole of the corresponding horizontal chain link, and with scrapers placed in vertical holes threaded ends, on which protruding above the scraper parts of which nuts are installed, with the possibility of jamming the middle part of the bracket with inclined lateral surfaces in the horizontal groove located on the underside of the scraper, with inclined lateral surfaces, in order to increase the service life of the conveyor, each bracket is made of an elastically deformable material, and the middle part of each bracket is wedged in the horizontal groove of the scraper along an arc located in the horizontal plane and stretched on Corresponding horizontal chain link, with the inclined side surfaces of the middle part of each bracket made conical.
